P.A.L. and its employees are not responsible for any false or misleading information entered into the database. The validity of this information is the sole responsibility of the entering party.

We do not guarantee the return of any monies owed by the delinquent account holder.

Annual Fees
Once the user fee has been received, account access will be granted for one calendar year. You will not be automatically billed to renew. Cost are as follows:

• $155.00/Programs with 9 or More Children
• $77.00/Faith Based Programs with 9 or More Children
• $55.00/Programs with 8 or Fewer Children
• $38.00/Faith Based Programs with 8 or Fewer Children

Penalty Fees
A fee of $100.00 will be billed to any account each time a “Paid In Full” or “Settled” account is not removed from the database within 24 hours of payment receipt.

A fee of $1000.00 will be billed to any account that has purposely entered falsified information into the database.
